Service Description

Personal Yoga sessions in the comfort of your home (or agreed upon location.) This can be a one -on-one session or a small group of up to 4 people. The yoga instructor can come to your home (or agreed upon space) and provide personalized yoga fitness training including breath work, poses/ postures, and meditation. Great for Yoga in the home, in the work place, regular private yoga classes, first timers who want to try yoga, etc.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or schedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to not be charged for your session.
