I started free beach yoga with a heart full of gratitude for the ability to be able to stand & walk, and be capable of physically doing yoga, and to share this beautiful healing modality that helped me heal with anyone and everyone who was willing to try.
#Yoga is powerful 💥 and the gifts it brings to you are truly priceless and healing beyond human comprehension. I wanted it to be accessible & affordable for anyone with no pressure or gimmicks, so that everyone can have access to this magical healing… Just true healing, togetherness, and love. So thank you for being all of that and more ❤️🧘🏽♀️
Thank you for your love, your kindness, your beauty, your heart, but most of all thank you for all the people, the small businesses, the bonds, and the friendship of all the amazing souls that I’ve had the privilege of meeting Here in Long Beach… who I’m honored to now call my family 🧘🏽♀️ 💜🧘🏽♂️ 💜🧘🏾
