There is a major misconception that Type 2 Diabeties is caused by too much sweets. Yes, there are WAY too many refined sugar products on the market today that are making us sick. But when it comes to Diabeties, reducing dietary fat intake can make a direct impact on the disease, allowing the body to make natural insulin to begin to function again.


Don't Fear Fruit! Become a Whole-Foodie

Type 2 Diabetes is directly linked and caused by a diet that is heavy in fat, animal products, and processed or refined sugars. It is 100% preventable and even very successful at being reversable. One should avoid refined sugar and animal foods but not cut out whole carbohydrate foods or fruits.


In other words, swap out the highly processed cereals with dairy milk and hamburgers. Try some almond milk, hummus, guacamole, kale chips, cauliflower pizza. Eat plants that look like they would grow "whole" from the earth. Beans, chickpeas, greens, berries, fruits, melons, sweet potatoes, and so many more plants to explore.






The cure is in your grocery aisle. Not in your Medicine cabinet!
